All private sessions are tailored to your specific needs. We understand that each person is unique and has a different set of injuries, limitations, strengths, weaknesses, and current life stresses that affect your overall health.
A typical session begins with mashing – a massage technique where the practitioner uses his/her feet to massage and pump the blood in the muscles of your legs and gluteus muscles. Following mashing is assisted strength training and stretching using the three components of Ecentric Strength.
